Before treatment was conducted immunophenotyping of peripheral blood lymphocytes by flow cytometry using a panel of monoclonal antibodies to surface markers and intracellular lymphocyte antigen FOXP3 and determining the cytotoxic activity of NK-cells. Cytotoxic activity was determined with MTT colorimetric test against K-562 cells. Revealed some differences in the composition of the population of lymphocytes and the number of regulatory T cells in patients with HER2+ and triple negative breast cancer (BC). Discuss the relationship between the number of suppressor cells and the degree of therapeutic pathomorphosis of tumor.</p>
Обсуждается связь между количеством супрессорных клеток и степенью лечебного патоморфоза опухоли.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>HER2+ рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>трижды негативный рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>лечебный патоморфоз опухоли</kwd><kwd>регуляторные Т-клетки</kwd><kwd>HER2+ breast cancer</kwd><kwd>tripl negative breast cancer</kwd><kwd>pathomorphosis of tumor</kwd><kwd>regulatory T cells</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Кадагидзе З. Н. и др.
