CC morbidity rose by 24.47 %</italic><italic> </italic><italic>during 2005–2015. Despite the fact that aggregated standardized cancer mortality rates for both men and women during 2005–2015 declined, women CC mortality increased by 8.3 %. CC is the leading cancer mortality cause in women aged 30–39 years. Moreover growth of oral</italic><italic> </italic><italic>and pharynx cancer incidence rates in both genders as well as penile cancer in men all indicate to an unfavorable trend. The present Review</italic><italic> </italic><italic>part contains data on HPV-associated cancers in Russia, vertical HPV transition as well as preventive HPV vaccines.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В России в структуре онкологической заболеваемости женщин на долю рака шейки матки (РШМ) в 2015 г. приходилось около</italic><italic> </italic><italic>5 %; прирост заболеваемости РШМ за период с 2005 по 2015 г. составил 24,47 %. Несмотря на то что в целом показатели</italic><italic> </italic><italic>смертности от злокачественных новообразований за 2005–2015 гг. у мужчин и женщин снизились, смертность женщин от РШМ</italic><italic> </italic><italic>в этот период выросла на 8,3 %. В возрастной группе 30–39 лет смертность от РШМ выходит на 1-е место среди всех причин</italic><italic> </italic><italic>смерти от злокачественных новообразований. Помимо этого, у лиц обоих полов в период с 2005 по 2015 г. увеличились показатели заболеваемости раком ротовой полости и глотки, а также раком полового члена у мужчин, что выступает, как и в случае с РШМ, проявлением тревожной тенденции.
